The goal of the Homefront Initiative is to bring a white glove approach of real estate to those who have served or are continuing to serve their communities, including veterans, police, EMS, fire and healthcare workers. We understand the stress of the job, the hectic and sometimes complicated work schedules and we believe the heroes in our community deserve special attention when it comes to finding a home.

For many first responders, it is difficult to leave work at work. It is common to bring the stress of the job home. Our goal is to find community heroes a place where they don’t bring home those stressors, a place for them to truly be able to relax and unwind.

When it comes to getting pre approved, we pride ourselves on looking for the best programs available for first responders and connecting our clients with trusted lenders. If there are programs that offer financial help, we want our clients to be informed of their options.
