Austin Moyer is the Team Lead of The Pinnacle Team at Engel & Völkers, the only Engel & Völkers branch serving Western New York. Based in Rochester, Austin represents buyers and sellers at the top of the market — luxury homes, fairway property, and estate residences across Monroe County, the Finger Lakes, and the greater Western New York region — and works most often with clients whose real estate is one piece of a larger financial picture.
His practice extends well beyond residential. Austin has closed commercial leases, self-storage and office building transactions, land development deals, business sales, and 1031 exchanges, giving his clients a single advisor across their entire real estate position rather than a different specialist for each asset. Giovanna Donahue is a real estate advisor with The Pinnacle Team at Engel & Völkers, representing buyers and sellers of luxury homes, waterfront property, and estate residences across Rochester, the Finger Lakes, and Western New York.
Born and raised in Rochester and a graduate of SUNY Geneseo, Giovanna began her professional life as an EMT before moving into real estate. It is a background that translates more directly than most people expect: the ability to stay composed under pressure, communicate clearly when stakes are high, and keep people steady through decisions that matter. Her clients get an advisor who does not rattle.
Giovanna is married to a police officer and Army combat veteran, giving her a personal stake in the work of the team's Homefront division, which serves veterans and community heroes across Western New York. Outside of real estate, she is a photographer and trains Muay Thai — and is happiest with family, close friends, and a well-made dirty martini.
